Testimonials
Hear how Heather has helped schools better understand and refine the art of observation.
At the start of the school year, Heather White presented virtually for our teachers during one of our professional development days. Her ability to connect with adult learners on a digital platform, while intentionally structuring time for both questions and meaningful discussion, was a tremendous benefit to our staff. One of the primary reasons we invited Mrs. White to lead our professional development was her authentic commitment to the Montessori philosophy and its faithful implementation. Her strong foundation in traditional Montessori teaching, combined with a clear understanding of the unique challenges that can arise in a public Montessori school setting, made her presentation especially impactful. Heather’s credentials and depth of knowledge were particularly evident as she guided staff in understanding the importance of observation as a method of data collection and how careful preparation of the environment best supports students’ needs. Having Heather present at the beginning of the year was crucial in helping our staff “warm up their Montessori motors” and set a strong foundation for the year ahead.
