Enhancing Teacher Morale, Cooperation, and Self-Improvement Session 4. “The Transformative Power of Silence” Unlocking Fixed Mindsets Session 5. “Working Your Two Leadership Gears” Take Charge and Step Back Session 6. “Leading in the Flow of Work” How to Stay Relaxed and Responsive LEADING EDGE LEADERSHIP COURSE FORMAT Each week you will receive one of the above topics, in the form of a 30 – 45 minute pre-recorded video, presented by Jonathan, for your review and study. A week later you will have an opportunity to attend a live discussion with Jonathan and other school leaders on how to implement the leadership skills and strategies in your school in relation to that topic. Participants in the course are not required to attend the live discussion sessions. However, the feedback we’ve received from school leaders who participated in Module 1. And 2. Is that the group discussion sessions were invaluable in helping them plan how to apply these new leadership approaches in their school community.
